Fantastic fun, great for reflexes.

Was very impressed with these as a new training tool. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to improve their technique and timing.
They were dynamic, unpredictable and fluid.
Very cerebral, made you think and move, and was more of a workout than I expected it to be. It made me adjust my footwork and change angles. There was nothing static about them at all! No predictable repetition of hitting other types of bags or balls.
It combines all the elements of a floor to ceiling bag, Mexican ball, slip bag, and reflex ball all in one.
Reckon they're a winner.
They're addictive to use and a lot of fun.
I've added them to my sessions already.
